Shipping Information:
I aim to process and ship your orders within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase. At this current time, I exclusively offer shipping within the United States, however, I intend in the near future to expand the shipping service to international destinations.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
Any goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Jewelry - For sanitation reasons, I do not accept returns on any of my jewelry items.
I reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at my sole discretion.
Returning Goods
I cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, I recommend an insured and trackable mail service. I am unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

In the event that you receive a product that has been damaged during the shipping process, I do offer refunds. If you encounter such an issue, please contact me immediately within 7 days of receiving your order and I will assist you in processing your refund.
